赫利奥波利斯（ Heliopolis ） 古埃及城市,是Goshen省的首都.
出埃及記有記載, 埃及王把Goshen這肥沃地賜給約瑟夫的家人.
Heliopolis 的意思是 the city of sun. 在希伯來文又叫 Beth –Shemesh.
Beth 意思是House, Shemesh意思是sun. 意思就是太陽神的殿.
埃及人拜的是太陽神, 所以在赫利奥波利斯（ Heliopolis ）所供奉的神就是太陽神.
以賽亞書 19:18-20 神說: 到那日埃及有五個城市都來學希伯來話,歸順以色列的神.
The city of sun ( The city of Destruction , Heliopolis) 這城也在其中.
